Paul Corney on "Working with consultants: how to ensure two-way knowledge and capability transfer"
ISKO Singapore AGM 2017 and Exco election
This two-part meeting will comprise a talk by Paul Corney and the 2017 Annual General Meeting for the Singapore Chapter of ISKO. This year is an election year to appoint a new Exco for the next two years.
When your organisation hires consultants, whether for professional or technical services, how can you ensure (a) that you transfer the contextual and business knowledge that they need to perform their job effectively, and (b) that you acquire the knowledge and capabilities to oversee their work, and sustain the product of their work after they have left? Paul Corney will take us through a few techniques for ensuring effective knowledge transfer to make the engagement of consultants less painful.
