workshop: how to build a km framework for your organisation
Sustainable and effective knowledge management depends upon an integrated and balanced approach. A range of different enablers and capabilities need to be aligned and developed together in support of the organisation's vision and goals. Leadership and governance, people and capabilities, business processes and knowledge processes, infrastructure and technology, all need to be orchestrated to work together.
The role of a KM framework is to support and guide this alignment. The basic components of a KM framework are universal. However the challenge in KM implementation is to contextualise these elements to an organisation's unique situation and needs. In this half day workshop, Praba Nair will take participants through the steps in building a KM framework that will suit your own organisation's current needs.
